Belgian 5.56x45mm assault rifle.

This here's a rare specimen. The FNC was once used by the Belgian armed forces, but it's so old now nobody uses it. Unfortunately, it's now banned by name in the United States.

Nicely done man, it reminds me of cross between a M4A1 and a Gali.
:iconblick-blanks:
Hmm... yeah, kinda. :o The handguard on the FNC is actually round, though... the Galil's is boxy.

Being a gun freak myself (don't own any, just look up the pics on the Net), I believe this to be a very accurate representation of the FNC.

Thank you very much. *Bows.* Always nice to find a fellow gun freak. :D

I think it's pretty widely used in South America... for some reason, I remember it having pretty widespread use.

Wait, that's the FNC...

[link] says that it was exported for production to Sweeden and Indonesia... might still be in service there.

The history of the future was surely made.

looks like a combination of Galil and AK-47

Crush the enemies of Metal and let the True Metal reign for 10000 years
:iconblick-blanks:
Yeah, it kind of does. And it's especially watered down because the Galil basically uses the AK47 receiver! :O

However, the FNC is in fact very different from the AK47 and Galil. They share some basic features, so they do look similar at a glance, but when you get down to the details they're not really that much alike. :D
