The Demoman's southeast-facing idle sprite for the (now abandoned) TF2 SRPG myself and 
were working on.
I've decided to go with colored outlines, with which I will eventually revise the previous sprites, considering the whole idea behind TF2's art direction was to move away from black outlines. Ideally, they would have no outlines, but I don't want to do that for a couple of reasons, number one being one of the primary colors could potentially blend too well with a background color in-game and make it look terrible.
